I mostly try and TIVO everything so I can get my entertainment on demand but the other day I actually dropped into my couch and turned on live TV (wow, what a concept, right?).

This is what most businesses fail to understand: the more you interact with your market the more responsive they’ll become. Hmmm… sounds like a relationship to me.

More importantly, interaction is attractive. Throw a stone and you’ll hit someone whining about their conversion rates, refunds, and dry lead sources. I guarantee you these are the same business relying on chicken bones and haven’t built a relationshp with their market.
